Our content and trademarks
Everything on this site, including the Bufferball name, logo, photos, videos, official rules, and text, belongs to Bufferball or is used with permission. Bufferball is a trademarked sport. You may view, download, and print materials for personal, noncommercial use, such as printing the official rules to play. You may not copy, sell, or reuse our content or trademarks for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Products, orders, and pricing
We work to keep product descriptions and prices accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct errors, update prices, and limit or refuse orders where necessary. Shipping is free within the 48 contiguous United States. For international orders, contact us first and we will handle them case by case. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver your order to the carrier.
Payments
Purchases are processed through third-party payment platforms. Your payment details are handled by those platforms, and their terms apply to the payment portion of the transaction.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, unused products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item. Limited warranty
Who is covered
This limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
What is covered
- Boundary lines: covered by a limited lifetime replacement guarantee against breakage and manufacturer defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
- Ball, pump, stakes, boundary line winders, and carry bag: covered against manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of delivery.
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, and damage caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, improper storage, or use contrary to the setup guidelines and official rules are not covered. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered.
Your remedy
If a covered component fails, we will replace that component. Replacement of the defective component is your exclusive remedy under this warranty. We may ask you for photos of the defective component, or ask you to return it to us with instructions we provide. We cover the shipping cost of the replacement we send you.

Implied warranties and your legal rights
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Play at your own risk
Bufferball is an active, physical game. As with any sport, playing involves risks, including the risk of falling, collision with other players, striking or being struck by the ball or equipment, and other injuries. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge these risks and agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Bufferball and its owners, employees, and representatives from liability for injuries, property damage, or other losses arising out of the use or misuse of our products. Read the setup guidelines and official rules before playing, inspect your equipment and playing area before each use, choose a playing surface free of hazards, and supervise children during play.

Dispute resolution
If you have a problem, contact us first and we will try to resolve it quickly and fairly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa, as described in the Governing Law and Venue section below.
